    I've tried three of their different backup schemes and every one is unreliable. One day it gives me the last backup date and the next day it says it has never been backed up. The target drive has not changed and is there for other applications. Do not rely on this program if you value your data or PC. They have even made it extremely difficult to uninstall.

    I ordered this kit for my granddaughter thinking I would only pay $29.00. One week after xmas the billing nightmare started!! First for another supply, I called and cancelled that order only to be told when it is returned it will take 8-10 weeks for a refund. Now there is the nightmare of vitamins, which I did not know I had order seperately. I thought this was one of the free gifts!!! Another call to cancel and wait indefinitely for my money. Sad part is she liked it but the really sad part is that I can't afford it. Ii think their web site is very deceptive and I wish I had gone to Target!!!!

    ** Update ** I've used this headset daily for nearly a year now. The battery still lasts 7 hours! It's in use at least 3 hours every day on dozens of phone calls and will stay in my ear all day long without discomfort. I have tiny ears and I've never had an earpiece I could tolerate longer than 1-2 hours before. When this one finally dies, I'll replace it with the exact same one. Literally don't have a single complaint about this headset and I find it amazing that even with heavy use, and occasionally dropping it about 4 feet, that it still works as well today as it did hundred of hours of use ago! ***
