  • Mary B B - Wish I hadn't wasted the money

This product needs a good tutorial and/or book of instructions. I cannot get it to do what my old Nero program did. I just wish that the Nero that worked with Windows XP were still available in the Windows 8.1 system To say I am unhappy is an understatement.

  • S. J. Rafferty - Do not trust docs to this scanner

I spent days scanned thousands of pages of large, important docs into this scanner. Once I saw them, I discarded the originals. Only later did I learn that you cannot export anything larger than 100 pages, so the pages were visible only on the viewer. Still later, the file became corrupt, so I have irretrievably lost valuable and irreplaceable documents. After many hours of troubleshooting (and memory upgrades), Neat Receipt told me the file had become corrupted. They also acknowledged that there is no way to know from the documentation that they do not support 100+ page docs until you try to export one.

  • jack wilson - conflics

it had conflicks with my operating system ,windows 8 I could not get the pc tune up to install on my laptop

  • Jewel - Fantastic Dash Cam

Fast shipping, received the S300 in 3 days. Very easy to install, I used a spare E-ZPass velcro stickers to mount the S300 behind the rear view mirror instead of the 3M sticker pad that came with the unit. Great tech support from Ray, he answered my e-mails within 24 hours and provided options on how to get my S300 to power down whenever the engine is shut off.

  • My Kids' Dad - Not bad. Not great.

This is an OK balance bike. After reading review after review of all the other balance bike I decided on this one. The quality is fair and it's not hard to put together. The tires are real rubber and that's the main reason I purchased this bike. SO many others have foam wheels and having those in the past - they just don't hold up and turn into slicks.

  • J. Key - Too slow, poor sync, buggy

I installed FTM after using Legacy for over 7 years. It was mainly to support a "gifted" subscription to Ancestry.com. I am ready to ask for my money back. It was buggy to install, took several tries. The first sync with Ancestry.com went well. The subsequent re-syncs won't complete. Using their troubleshooting techniques I managed to undo several years of system tuning by starting and stopping services and auto-start applications. I decided to just download a GEDCOM file as backup which I can load into Legacy or use as a reload for Ancestry.com. Even that doesn't work although that problem isn't related to this software.

  • RyanGrande - good value

Deck itself is nothing more than decent. Certainly requires some work but it's a good basic outline. The real nice feature is that for a ~35$ deck true name nemesis alone is worth $25. I was able to trade him for almost 20 rares that really helped beef up the deck and bennefitted it more than he could.
