I had to register the product and set up an account before I could activate it, since the initial activation page does not allow you to enter the entire product serial number and it said that my serial number was invalid until I completed the registration and was able to enter the entire product serial number.

This stuff gets stuck in your gumline, in between your teeth, and leaves your tongue black after use... It is also EXTREMELY messy. I put a minimal amount on my toothbrush, and it peppered remnants all over my bathroom sink, which I had to clean off with a wet towel. I don't know if I'm going to continue using this.
