The product seems to be working great. But, I had the same experience as another customer had when it came to downloading it. After I thought I had done everything I was supposed to do, I ended up with a message along the line of 'your product is out of date.' Click to renew... or whatever it said. (It's been a few weeks ago.) I spent at least 2 hours clicking here, there, and everywhere until I finally landed on an opportunity to put in my "key," that long series of numbers I got with my thank you for buying email. It shouldn't be that hard; ever. Very frustrating. (Sorry, but I haven't a clue what I finally clicked on to get me where I needed to be.)

For some stupid reason some of the Dickie's shorts have belt loops that are too short for a normal belt. The rest of the shorts are great - just the belt loops are a problem

This is a great UPS unit with monitoring software and lots of sockets to plug into. There are two banks of plug sockets, one side is on the UPS for power outages etc. the other side is not so if power goes off anything on this side goes off as well. With all my equipment I have not come close to using the full 900watts of power supply. In summary, this is a fantastic value and great insurance for your computer system. Particularly if you live in an area with frequent brownouts and lightning strikes to the electrical grid.
