Other downloads for software have gone smoothly but this installation is horrible. I have to contact Microsoft and getting someone who can do something in a reasonable time frame if disgusting. I have spent hours and hours during a busy time trying to get the software I needed for a publication for a retreat. I had to do otherwise because I could not load the software. This week, I had a family reunion postcard that was stored in my previous version of publisher on a different computer, so I could not access it and had to do the entire thing over again. I had the retreat and then easter break and have not had time to spend hours with Microsoft. I contacted them again yesterday by email and told them I needed help resolving this problem. I was available after 6 p.m. eastern time. I have heard nothing from them. I am totally, totally stressed and disgusted with this whole thing. I really like this floater. It is huge. My daughter and I both fit on it and were resting on it in the pool. We had an air compressor that filled it up easily. I have a rocked side on one side of the pool that has a bit rough edges. I did bump the floater into the wall couple times and it held up well against the rough bricks. No holes. It seems to be very durable and it did not deflate at all. It has been now a week since I got it and it is still full of air.

I love balmex. I use it as a preventative measure. My daughter is almost 4 months now and has never had diaper rash. Sometimes her little butt looks red after a 12 hour night without a diaper change but the redness literally vanishes with just one clean diaper with balmex. It is a nice thick white paste that has no smell (which I love). I have tried vaseline before but it didn't seem like it was doing anything. I also tried desitin and found it to be more watery and have a horrible medicinal smell. Just fyi, before applying any diaper rash ointment you should make sure the babys butt is nice and dry otherwise you are just trapping the moisture under the ointment. I have 2 big 16oz jars for home and bought the 4 pack of the 4 oz tubes for her diaper bags and daycare. p.s I have also used this on a burn I got and it cleared it up in a day.
