I can't say how happy I am with this bike. The price dropped around $100 since I first put this in my Cart on Amazon. The bike is a beautiful blue. Very sturdy and rides very smooth. You have to be somewhat savvy with assembling things before you can put this bike together. It requires a fair amount of skill.

The strength of this book is the depth in which it covers the schools that are included. In that respect, it is excellent. However, the weakness is that it only covers about 200 schools. That seems like a lot, but it is an average of 4 per state. That weakness makes it limited in its usefulness.

The first jar of Penetrex I bought was for my son, who was having trouble with shin splints while running in outdoor track. We had tried orthodics with no help, and stonger pain medication was no longer helping. I found Penetrex on Amazon and thought it would not only help with the pain and inflammation but liked the vitamins that would also help heal. Within a couple days he had great relief and was still able to compete.

I can't say enough good things about this floor cleaner. It's the second one I've owned, and the first was worn out from use over a period of years.
