I had tried other "brain supplements" with little results. I was impressed by this one. I've been looking for something that could help me focus a bit better during long study and lecture sessions. I'm in graduate school and I'm reading over 1,000 pages a week. I haven't been taking it for all that long but I've definitely noticed a difference. In terms of focus, I've been able to stay on task when it comes to reading quite a bit better. I've also noticed that I'm able to retain information the next day more effectively. So far, I've just been taking one per day, usually around noon. I did some reading online and it seems that if the Alpha GPC is taken at virtually any time during the early day it seems to work quite well. I think I'll try taking two during my next long study session and see if it helps significantly more than just taking one capsule. I'll edit my review after I've tried them both on and off for a while. Overall, I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking to get an extra mental boost for work or school. I received a discount on this product in exchange for trying it out and leaving a review. I was very happy with the results!

On page 342, i found my birthdate, 021078, while on page 134 i found my first address, 1390. My age, 34 occurs over 120 times, including on the FIRST PAGE, and the last 4 digits of my telephone number, 5692 are on page 5. My father was born in 1943, which is a combination of digits that is repeated constantly throughout this book. My girlfriend is 4 years younger than me, and the number 4 occurs THOUSANDS of times in this book.
