A few years ago I was in pain especially when I went to sit or get up and the first few steps. I even at times had to use a cane. So I started using turmeric and going to the gym and after a while my pain was gone. Recently due to husbands illness, I was at the hospital every day or if home busy taking care of him and not myself. I was not taking my supplements and after 6 months of this the pain returned. I previously had used a different brand but saw this and decided to give it a try. Have used it a month now and the pain is almost completely gone. You take 3 capsules a day. I take other things so I would prefer to take just one but whatever works and this seems to be working.
I expected it to be a map like my state series quarter map but it had 3 pages with 4 columns of 5 each "1 for every year" and 4 extra spaces on the 2021 column, my copy had 2 easily visible stains on the first page & wear to the corners even though it was new also there was a sticker over the Texas label hinting at a mistake.
This is my first review for a product but I feel strongly about it. My hair was coming out in huge clumps and thinned out noticeably. I haven't yet gotten official blood work done for my hair loss but my guess is it's from iron or vitamin deficiency from years of not eating meat. In conjunction with taking iron & biotin my hair loss has decreased significantly. Whether it is this product alone (also using the grow new hair treatment) or in conjunction with my vitamin intake remains to be seen. However, I went from losing over 200 hairs to maybe about 10 each hair wash.
My first test for fiction is page-turnability. A bad book is one I want to put down. A good book is one I keep turning the pages of. Based on that test, 'An Obvious Fact' by Craig Johnson is a good book. The Kindle version released yesterday morning. I finished it last night.
How can a supposedly smart lawyer be so stupid? Well, Scott Pratt does a good job of explaining why it might be considered. The good, the bad and the plain evil of our justice system is evidenced in this novel. Well worth the read.
I used this program to help create a bid packet for potential contractor candidates. It takes awhile to get through the learning curve, but when you do it really is well worth it. Especially when getting the wife on board with remodeling ideas. We could tweak the plans/models until we were both happy with the final result. It certainly helped when communicating ideas across to our contractor. We were all on the same page which saved time and money.
My kids love this book and I like it too. Many of the superhero traits in the book are things many families can relate to, so you can't help but smile as you read it. Kids can relate to it too, as they see similarities between their own dad with the dad in the book. The pictures are cute too.
