These shoes are amazing. I work 60-70 hours a week normally working 12-15 hour shifts at a flower shop and fast food restaurant. I was originally wearing work boots, but they were so insulated that my feet would get sweaty and start to become really tender and sore. Tried to even replace the sols with really nice breathable/gel soles. Went through them in a week.
I am really surprised at how well the vacuum works for the price! I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews. I find that if you use a good skimmer net if you have a lot of leaves and then the vacuum, you can have a really clean pool. I first used the vacuum because I had a layer of dead algae covering the bottom of my above-ground pool. I found that the algae was not being filtered out properly by the standard cartridge filter, so I sent the vacuumed water to the drain. It worked great. After I got the pool set up again, I had some fine debris on the bottom and the vacuum worked great as designed. I have not used the skimmer that came with this kit because the mesh looks too large to catch anything but leaves.
This is the only attachment for spray cans I have ever used. I do not have any physically limiting reason to use it, I just thought it was cool to try out, plus it got me up to the free shipping. =) Here is my review:
I did the 30 day and am about to receive my 2nd 30 day program. I lost 20 lbs and 20 inches. I am also hypothyroid and had radiation therapy last Jan and gained a bunch of weight. If you follow the program, with a coach, once the 30 days are over you can start gradually adding in fruit and dairy, etc. and maintain or do another 30 like I am choosing to do. I find it funny when people say this didn't work or they were only eating 1000 calories a day, if these things are true you aren't following the program. because of my thyroid problems (hyperthyroid then hypothyroid) i have had a very hard time sleeping -falling asleep and staying asleep- and for the last month I have gone to bed each night and slept until the morning. This isn't a MAGIC program, if you don't work out (I go 3-4 times a week and do heavy cardio and weights) and put in the effort into yourself and the program then don't expect great things. Like anything the more you put into it the more you get out of it. You also can have unlimited veges all day long if you wish plus snacks that are on the program. The shakes are really good if you use less water and more ice and they fill you up. Dinners are pretty normal. I do a lot of chicken, black beans and rice and am never hungry. I also never felt "too weak to work out" -- that is a excuse. I am turning 40 in March and have had more energy than I've ever had in recent years even with my thyroid condition. It's a great system that is also looked posititvely apon by healthcare professionals and those in the exercise/weight loss profession. It teaches you to each right, and put things in your body to make a positive impact. There is nothing negative about it.
