Awesome product! Easy to unpack and install. The DVDs are very professional and the literature easy to follow.

I was using a product prior to this one to get more magnesium but I never could seem to tell a difference. I can take two teaspoons of this and I can tell it works. My leg cramps are gone. I don't have to take it daily (and trust me...you don't want to take it daily unless you want to stay in the bathroom). I take it usually about twice a week. The taste is like a fizzy soda with a little salt. I honestly don't mind it at all. My mother had recommended this product to me because this is what she uses.

I like Damian McGinty. Love him in Celtic Thunder. This album is pleasant enough, but nothing special. Some of the songs felt a bit lethargic to me...I thought they needed to be a bit more up tempo. I like the song Hallelujah but it is definitely not a Christmas song. It also seemed a bit self-indulgent to have his girlfriend sing on one of the tracks. She's ok but an established performer might have given his album a bit of a boost that it needed. I'll listen to it over the holidays but it likely won't be one of my favorites. I hope his upcoming album of non-Christmas songs will be better.

This is hands-down my favorite fat burner. My dosage is either 1 in the morning, 1 between 12-3pm, or 2 in the morning, 1 between 12-3pm. Gives me energy to go about my long stationary office hours, 1.5 hours of daily high intensity training, suppresses by insatiable appetite, and boosts my mood.
