    It gave some good test strategies but I didn't pick up this book as much when I was studying for my NCLEX.

    Like the package says, soothing and cooling. I not only found this product to help with breathing while congested, but it helps dry skin become soft. Similar to Vicks, but thicker in consistency and the smell is a tad bit less offensive to me.

    This is my go to when the kids don't eat a good meal. With toddlers eating a good meal is hit or miss at our house. This is a good way to make sure they are still getting what they need. It tastes great too. I have tried it and I really like it. It is kind of hard to mix.
