H&R had problems with the software to the point that the CEO had to send emails to all their customers. We like H&R for its easy to follow process, however this year I am very disappointed with the product. I simple "I am sorry" will not get my refund faster. 40 days later I am still waiting.

The product is high quality and works perfectly, very easy to use and understand. Works fast and is perfect to take children and adult temperature and most importantly won’t make my son unconfutable when he is sick, he barely notice that I’m taking his temperature.

Wonderful stroller!!!! Such an easy ride. The wheels make it smooth and turning a breeze. Stylish. Very easy to close and open. Also super user friendly with the Mesa car seat. There is plenty of storage room underneath too! The stroller is bulky and kind of heavy, but not enough to make bother me or impact my day.

Fits under the seat of even the smallest airplanes. Has plenty of space for a long trip worth of clothes and an extra pair of shoes. Be aware that zipper pulls do not have large enough holes for a lock.

i got this kindle book free with amazon prime when we were stuck without a bedtime story on vacation. unbelievably amateurish in writing and illustration, with many typos as well. however i'm giving it two stars because it did the job and gave me and my eight year old some good laughs.

I used this product on my new ceramic tile floor. I did exactly what the directions called for and I put 1 coat, then waited for at least 1 hour, then I gave it a second coat. It looked great until my wife accidentally spilled some water on it! When we wiped up the water it left a white haze on the floor! This tile is in our new sun room by the pool. We brought our two dogs in out of the cold and their feet were wet even though we dried them off as best as possible, and everywhere they stepped the floor turned to a white haze. It looks like a sunburn peeling. This is the most horrible product you could ever use on a floor. I have read some of the other reviews and several people have had the same problem! Now we have to figure out how to clean this crap off of the tile and get it back to its original look! I would never recommend this product to anyone! Please don't take a chance with this stuff on your floor, or you will sorely regret it just as we have!

In my opinion Acronis exhibits inept and extremely unprofessional customer service. In my opinion, it the software was bug free or well enough written to recover from problems or not cause them in the first place, then they would not have to worry about their tech support people being over worked. My frustrating experience was trying to talk to someone who could just barely understand and speak English (not located in the USA) and was told that I would have to pay for my technical questions to be answered or also for any type of technical support. They could not tell me whether or not they could even understand or solve my problem successfully. This appeared to be a potentially colossal waste of more money. I decided not to proceed and instead I purchased EaseUS Workstation software and it continues to work fine. I had a couple of questions and their tech support was very helpful and successful and it did not cost me anything.
