Let me just start by saying that i DID NOT get this product on a discount for my reviews like other reviews here on Amazon. After reading the reviews i was skeptical to buy it because first is over $30 and second my body cannot tolerate fat burners. I looked at the label and google every single ingridient! I decided to buy it also because i follow on social media Michelle Lewin and she has been promoting it. Well i have been taking this now for almost 2 weeks and this thing is awesome! Best fat burner on the market right now! It does not make me jittery like other fat burners, does not give me a headache, basically everything they advertise on it it is TRUE! I was skeptical to buy it but i am so glad i did it. I do not weight my self but people are already noticing that i am loosing weight. This product is a great addition to my BCAA and glutamine. I totally recommend it ofcourse i work out every single day and i do try to eat healthy. I will be purchasing the the CARB one today. I hope is as good as this one!

I know of this product and it is the only thing I trust and can work with. I never been good at dieting. Never bought the kits or took pills strictly shakes and yes the first week or two you will feel the pain. Remember it a meal replacement shake in the morning after a work out snack shake for lunch snack and then literally eat whatever for dinner I am a mom, last summer I lost 12 pounds in a month. from June -- sept started at 160 to 138 in September. so proud and couldn't be more happy with my results. The item is pricey so I have been sreaching for a discount on Amazon which is making it easier to continue buying my shakes now 💁 hope this was helpful

In the front of the book, it has review pages with a overview of what you need to know, which is a great studying tool. It's a fairly large book with a lot of pages, just wish there were more practice questions and practice tests. Great study tool though!

I love Jillian Michaels Dvds except for the Yoga one (its not yoga to me) and the trouble zone one. 2009 Ultimatium was a disaster but the 2010 version is pretty great. The control are easy, the graphics are ten times better and you could basically keep working out.

So I bought some rims off craigslist for real cheap with a lot of tread still left. However, they were full of curb rashes. So rather than just driving with them, I take on the daunting task of fixing them. Just google fix curb rash and you'll receive plenty of instructions. This spray paint makes all the difference. It flawlessly matches the paint on the rims so even if you paint more than it's needed, you can hardly tell. I've fixed two sets of rims with this. 2005 Acura TL 17inch rims and 2010 Honda Accord Coupe 18 inch rims. I highly recommend a dremel if you don't already own one...

I was very hesitant with all the reviews but I bought this to listen to books on tape. It has never died on me and I work 6/7 hour shifts. It's fairly large but with the right ear piece stays in. They also include over the ear adapters which help keep it in. The only down fall I would say is that the plastic ear pieces break very easy.
