  • GuitrDad - Lost 26 pounds on the Purium ten day transformation plan!!

Absolutely no gimmick. I am on day eight of the cleanse and I have lost 26 lbs. (Your results may vary - I started at 325 lbs., so I had it to spare). I feel much lighter, much more energetic, and joint pain has diminished significantly. Once I got past temptations on days 2 and 3, it was all downhill. I can now exercise without feeling crippled afterward. This was exactly the kickstart I needed toward my goal of losing 100 lbs. I plan on integrating regular food with 1-2 shakes per day as a maintenance plan.

  • Steve Bosshard - Index Search No Longer Functions with a Kindle Touch after Firmware Update from 5.6.0

Everything worked really well until..... I had to replace my Kindle Keyboard with a Kindle Touch. (the display on the Keyboard model cracked and Amazon would not repair - model obsolete) The Kindle Touch was ok until Amazon upgraded the firmware from the initial 5.6.0 and their upgrade rendered the Index Search un-usable. This makes it very difficult to go to a particular chapter and verse and Amazon will not back date or allow the Kindle to return to the previous firmware version. 5.6.0 was OK. Newer firmware eliminated the ability to search the index.

  • Suzanne G. Wetzel - Convenient way to take Inositol

I agree with the previous review that it is almost tastless, however I cannot drink it mixed into plain water, so I use juice, coffee, or apple sauce.

Fantastic! Went out and read a book by Elizabeth Strout because I loved the stories she chose for this wonderful anthology.

I paid 7K for the unit & installation. its 14 months later & it now keeps shutting itself off :( something about the flame, the company says. OMG ... if i had read reviews, then id have NEVER EVER paid ALL my savings to get this unit installed. I feel ill. Now who knows how much it will be to repair, over & over.

  • Sharon E. Harvey - Slow Cooker...No Cooker

I'm giving this Crock-Pot one star because it didn't cook past 38 minutes. Ugh! I received this as a Christmas gift two days ago from my son and daughter-in-law and attempted to use it this morning. My roast was cooking 38 minutes into the first hour when the display starting blinking. I tried resetting the temperature, but the button did not work and the display continued to blink. I pressed the 'off' button; however, the unit would not power off. I unplugged the unit, removed my roast, and prepared the unit for return to Amazon. Fortunately, I received two programmable Crock Pot slow cookers for Christmas and my roast is now cooking in the other one. The instructions gave no clear troubleshooting tips if something like this should happen except in the event of a power outage, which there was no outage. I tried reaching the manufacturer's customer service line, but it is Sunday and they deserve to have at least one day off. I am going to reorder the same unit once my credit is applied although the price has gone up since my son ordered it on December 22nd...that's strange, but I'm more fond of this unit because of its locking lid. Once I receive and use the replacement, I will post a review and hope the next one will be positive. My son has had his Crock-Pot for four years and I've enjoyed many meals he has prepared. He cooked a pork roast on Christmas and it was delicious!! I believe this is a good product, but I got a lemon!! :-(
