I have been using my Shark Navigator for 5 months now and the suction is great but there are some features that I didn't understand before I bought. It does pick up dust, pet hair, everything quite well, BUT when you need to lift off the canister to run the vacuum under a piece of furniture such as the bed, it still has suction but the rotating brush does not rotate. So if you have carpet where you are trying to vacuum, it doesn't work that well. I understand from the commercials that the Shark Rotator brush DOES rotate when you take the canister off. If I had understood that before purchasing, I would have purchased the Rotator instead of the Navigator. The Shark website is not that clear when it comes to comparing models and I thought I was getting what I needed when I ordered the Navigator. The other issues I have is that it is not as user-friendly as it appears in the commercials. I find myself pulling out the instruction booklet every time I need to use a different accessory because it is not intuitive. I will say it is the best vacuum cleaner I have used for cleanliness but it is not as user friendly as I had hoped.
Being a big fan of Dance Central, I was quite disappointment when Harmonix did not make a new Dance Central for the 2013 Christmas. The Kinect dance app had been by favorite Christmas present, so we had to take a chance with Ubi Soft's Just Dance 2014. Although Dance Central's dance character graphics are better, the Just Dance choreography has far more "attitude." The scoring in Just Dance is much more loose, my dancing that is rated perfect is far from perfect. What's really nice is that many dances involves interaction with a dance partner. So what do I do if Dance Central comes out again? Get both!
Hardest easy cover I've ever owned. 10 minute installation turned in to 45 minutes. Plastic threaded pieces are far too snug in the aluminum track and almost impossible to get to slide. I needed a mallet and a punch to get them to slide into location. Fit is okay, not as good as covers I've had in the past. With how hard the install was, I hope I never have to take it off. Kind of defeats the purpose of an easy on and off cover. For all this work I could've bought a snap on one and probably saved some effort as well as at least $100. Very disappointing especially with the price of this cover.
These are the best solar lights ever! These are very well made. The poles are stainless steel, not plastic like so many others. They are very easy to assemble. The black pointed part that goes into the ground is inside each of the poles. Just remove it, flip it around and insert it back into the pole. You are now ready to push this part into the ground. The solar lights come complete with batteries that are fully charged and ready to turn on. The little switch is on the bottom, just push it to on. Remove the plastic on top that protects the solar part for shipping. Place it on top of the poles that you have already placed in the ground and you're all set. Now you can enjoy them when they come on at dark. They will charge during the day from the sun. These are very pretty and give off a fair amount of light. They are tall, not these little short ones that you get at Walmart of somewhere. The company will guarantee them for life. This is the first set of solar lights that I've had and I'm sure glad that I chose these. If you have found this to be helpful would you please click 'yes', thank you.
I've been a Neat Company Fan & Dedicated Customer for a long time. I had NeatReceipts for many years and then decided to upgrade to NeatDesk with NeatWorks Software on 9/16/10. I loved the faster scan times, scanning front & back, etc. Then, recently on 2/16/11, the software NeatWork lost all of my data. Luckily, I back up monthly so I was able to restore the data and only lost one month's of work. Then, I started noticing scanning problems with Wide Black Band Through Image. I immediately contacted customer service which is only available through their website by opening a case. A rep responded with some instructions to try and resolve the problem. I followed the instructions and the problem wasn't fixed. I updated the case by explaining this and I got the same instructions as a response. At this point, I figured out that customer service didn't exist. I asked why I was getting the same instructions after I reported the instructions followed did not fix the issue and then a different rep gave me different instructions. I followed those instructions without any success either. I updated the report and asked about the one year warranty since my purchase was within a year, and no response after that. I filed a compliant with the FTC, BBB and wanted others interested in this product to know before considering purchasing. What's funny is that the sales rep which is the only number provided try to sell me tech support annual fee. This is quite disappointing as I was a loyal fan. BUYER BEWARE!!! Customer service and warranty does not exist after purchase.
