This is a life changing book if you follow it. It explains how to cure many of the so called genetic diseases like autism, ADD, schizophrenia, and depression that are currently afflicting people in record numbers. I gave it 4 stars only because though it mentions oxalates, it does not go into a lot of detail. I believe that any protocol proposed for autism and indeed any of the other illnesses should take oxalates very seriously. I recommend that anyone following this protocol should also make it low oxalates as well for the best results. Oxalates are glasslike substances present in some fruits, vegetables and nuts like almonds and spinach, which can cause mayhem in some people. You can get more information on oxalates online and from the yahoo group "trying low oxalates". Remember that the GAPS diet is not a low carb diet; it is a specific carbohydrate diet. The allowed carbohydrates should be consumed in sufficient quantities. I eat a lot of butternut squash, which is also a low oxalate food.

The roof rack is silent at highway speeds, and is easy to install. The fit is perfect. I highly recommend it!

I had a code (i think 420). I used a bottle about 9 months ago and the code cleared. It came back 2 weeks ago so I did it again. It worked again. I guess every 9 months is better than a new cat. It is an 2004 Acura MDX.

i've used the Agadir brand of Argan Oil for several years. After combing out my just-washed hair, I put a dime-sized amount in the palm of one hand, rub both hands together, and then rub my hands through my wet hair. My hair is long (down to the middle of my back) and that small amount is all I need. It smells so good. I've smelled other brands of argan oil and never found one that smelled as nice as this one. When my hair has dried, I put a little more on just the very ends of my hair. The argan oil smooths down frizzy hair and makes my hair feel really silky. My hair stylist uses this product in her salon. Can't beat Amazon's price, either!
