More awkward than just holding the bottle, honestly. I thought I would try it because I do like to hold my polish bottles as opposed to keeping them on a table when I do my nails. But it just didn't feel natural to have this heavy, cumbersome thing hanging off my hand, that I had to remember to keep upright so as not to spill polish on myself. That said, it does fit almost all bottle shapes and sizes you throw at it, from mainstream to indie brands.

These capsules are easy to take with no bad smell or aftertaste. There are 60 capules in a bottle, the suggested dosage is 2 capsules with food everyday so this is a one month supply. It's important to know that St. John's Wort is an ingredient in this blend so if you take antidepressants, you need to be careful and/or check with your doctor. I ordered this GRE review book with the hope that it would help me prepare for the GRE. Although I have yet to take the GRE, I feel that the book is adequate in information on the test (especially since it was just changed back in the fall) and provides plenty of practice problems both in the book and online. The bonus of buying this book online from Amazon, it was about $10 cheaper than buying it from a Barnes and Noble store.
I brush 2x a day and use DenTek floss picks after meals; but I knew I wasn't getting everything in between my teeth. This Waterpik really does the job. Amazing the food remnants it washes out. Gets your gums in shape, too. If your gums are mush start at a lower setting. Not noisy like the Waterpiks I remember from the '70s and '80s. Very compact unit. Nice case for the various tools. A great product that really makes your teeth feel clean.
Ever since my first 1996 southern California visit, I have been forever amazed at the paradox that, in spite of the paradise weather and sunshine smiles, the SoCal general public vibes come off as depressed angst.
These just don't work for me. I'm not squeamish about this stuff and I know my own body, and I found these to be much too large for me. The rear of the ring usually won't push back far enough for me to get the front up behind my pubic bone. When I do manage to get it up in there, it slips out within 15 minutes - and not before setting off terrible cramps. At least I've had no problem getting it out; it's already sticking halfway out before I even sit down to make the attempt.
