I was 15 when this film was first shown, in 1951, and I have watched it as often as possible, ever since. Since the advent of home video machines, I have watched it every year, and not only at Christmastime. In my opinion, this production of A Christmas Carol is by far the best one ever done. The direction and casting were brilliant, the supporting cast was excellent, and Alastair Sim was/is the quintessential Scrooge. I doubt that anyone else could ever equal Sim's masterful portrayal, both subtle and powerful, poignent and moving. He truly brought Scrooge to life. Who could possibly forget the joyful awakening on Christmas morning? And, for that matter, who could forget actor Mervyn Johns' portrayal of Bob Cratchit, as he was greeted by Scrooge upon his late arrival at work the following morning? Perfect and priceless! A superb film!

The McAfee Internet Security is priced well and does a good job protecting my laptop. The Anti --Virus package came with my Asus laptop and I decided to purchase the same package again, i didn't want the total protection for fear that this would slow down the computer. I do recommend this product, the price is excellent.

I have used turbo tax for my personal taxes for several years and been satisfied, but I got this version to handle a 1041 for a simple estate, It was buggy in several areas and did not permit entry of legal combinations on the investments entry - specifically - a) automatically forced certain long term investments to short term; b) gave errors on clearly legal entries. It also wants $49.95 for a state return on top of being pretty pricey.

This is my 1st time to write a review only because I totally believe in this product. I give this to my 3yo and 1.5yo kids at the onset of their viral infection (colds, cough or fever). This is very effective if given within the 1st few hours of symptoms and taken every few hours for maintenance. They may still have the symptoms but it wont be as bad or you may experience shortened sick days. This is a must-have in our home! I also take it at the first sign of symptoms and the virus wont push thru.

I have read thousands of books and this series has left me more disturbed after finishing this third book than almost any other book I have ever read. I will try to explain but it is very hard to do in a review. Possible spoilers. I have never written a read like this either.

Purchased the MagicJack Plus this past summer (2012) and about a month ago (December 2012) suddenly the 3 numbers I call most stopped working. When I dial my mothers house, my own cell phone or my office I started getting a recording saying, "To purchase pre-paid minutes please visit ". After doing some research I learned that they will monitor the calls you make and after a few months, you'll get the same recording on your most frequent calls. The customer service will get you caught up for hours having you unplug, cycle off, re-plug, try this and that.. they'll pretend they are messing with settings on their end. The know exactly what you are talking about because it's the new #1 complaint of customers. They'll point you finally to their new TOS (which, if you google, is full of FCC violations - namely the vague "..we may require prepaid purchase or we may charge you for calls to conference lines, platforms and certain non-ILEC area calls, or any call wherein we incur a cost from another carrier. " Which basically gives them 'permission' to charge you for any call they want to-- which will be the calls you make most.) Free phone calls for life? Sound too good to be true? IT IS. Buyer Beware!
