    I have also tried to use Hallmark 2014, put in the CD and nothing happens. I just talked to Tech Support and they transferred me to another person and he only seemed interested in when I had purchased the product not helping me. That person told me that it is a DVD not a CD, and I needed a DVD Drive to used it. Being a Senior Citizen with no help I am now completely confused. I find this product useless and Tech Support no help! I am now going back to my Hallmark 2007, it has ALWAYS worked great!

    I have used Quicken for many years. Although I think it is a rip to have to upgrad every 3 years, I can't fault this product.

    The company claims that it tucks neatly against the toilet when not in use but it is actually in the way. My husband and son have a hard time placing their feet when standing to urinate. The squatty potty almost forces them to either stand too far away from the toilet or to stand with their feet together which is uncomfortable. I am trying to return it but haven't heard back yet.
