I bought this after reading the book for a couple weeks. Glad I did. It goes along page by page with the book, but can't do justice to some of the more complicated charts or formulas, being only voice. On the other hand, it adds to the overall book experience by inserting Gordo's enthusiasm for the subject along with a bunch of audio effects (like guest appearances on FM, DStar, etc. by his ham buddies). Corny? Sure. But you have to love the guy. Also, there are times on the CDs when he blasts through a bunch of questions really fast. Other times he draws out a section. You really need to have the book. I don't know if you could really learn this using only the audio course. However, for reinforcement of the material in the car or elsewhere, this is a nice course and I like it a lot.
I received the pedals quickly and without damage. The original platform pedals that came with my Giant Mountain Bike were a combination of resin centers with a metal outer cage and cro-moly shafts. The pedals were OK but as I pushed the bike more and more, the pedals seemed to flex a little under my weight (200) and I needed a stronger pedal for safety. These Imrider pedals are great for the money! They are lightweight and the screw foot pegs bite into my trail shoes I wear when biking for a secure feel. The pedals are just as wide as my original pedals (standard width), but more of your foot "length" is supported by the Imrider pedals. Just remember, if you ever have to get off your bike to walk it a bit, there's a chance that you can brush your calf up against a pedal and the screw foot pegs really take a bite out of exposed soft skin. Other than that, these pedals are great for someone who wants to still keep their mountain bike with platform pedals. It's best to have a very thin 15mm wrench when assembling these pedals to your bike and some light grease. A standard Crescent wrench is just too thick. So are most box end wrenches. If you don't know anyone with a regular pedal wrench to borrow, it's best to buy an inexpensive 15mm open end wrench and grind it down thin so you can get it on the pedal flats between the pedal and the crank. I received these at a discount for an unbiased review
This has to be the worst program written by Broderbund ever. You cannot print half fold or quarter fold cards unless you use an Avery template. It's instructions are convoluted. I had a Printmaster 7.0 Premier that I loved and thought I'd update it with a newer version. Mistake...
I rented this book from the library. I need to take a placement test for college and the test is similar to the ACT. This book provides good test taking stragedies in general. It is easy to read and easy to follow. The examples are helpful as well.
As a tax preparer for more than 15 years, I order a Lasser's guide each year to supplement my regular reference books such as the IRS Publication 17, Quickbooks Guide, etc. The index is clear, the chapters are organized and, best of all, it is written in plain English -- not "tax-ese". I regularly show my clients the corresponding section in Lasser's to help explain a complex tax rule to them, and they have only given positive feedback about it.
Awesome book by Tony Evans and I strongly suggest all married couple should read this book 👍🏾👍🏾😇
I received and it didn't work, i connected it and after 8 hours of charging it didn't turn on. Tried to hold the power button for 5 to 15 seconds and nothing happens, try to do some hard reset and nothing, tried to call customer service with no luck, tried to write an email to them and no answer.
