With 5 herniated thoracic discs and 3 bulging lower ones I can stay pretty comfortable most days on 2 tabs in the am..The am pain is often miserable...but Tylenol gets me moving enough to get to work..I rarely need more...nothing else seems to work as well.

this didn't do anything to rid us of the flea problem. I am assuming all these 5 star reviews are fake as crap. it did make my cat barf though, but unfortunately cat barf isn't anti flea so still no progress.

Excellent book! We've started implementing and have seen dramatic improvement with our four-year-old son. He was borderline non-verbal but he's since been able to memorize short phrases and even obey simple commands (like "Eat your food"). We're all on the diet and it's even helped my wife start loosing weight and me to stop having such sugar cravings (I'm about 20 lbs under-weight).
