    I have always been able to produce T4s and T4 summaries without needing the Payroll add-on for the software. Then, last year got an offer to 'upgrade' my software to Sage 50. Looked like a good deal so I took it. What they didn't say was that Sage 50 would not allow you to produce T4s and T4 summaries without purchasing the Payroll function as well. Some upgrade...
